Family
I support families in building healthier communication patterns, repairing relational strain, and navigating transitions together. Using trauma-informed and relational approaches, I help family members better understand one another’s experiences while strengthening connection and resilience. My work focuses on creating collaborative solutions that honor each person’s voice within the family system.
Couples
I work with couples seeking to strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with intention and care. I am trained in the Gottman Method and integrate structured, research-based tools to help partners build trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and repair after rupture. Whether you are facing ongoing relational stress or moving through a life transition, I aim to create a space where both partners feel heard and supported.
